Wednesday Oct. 25 there was a precious light tan male Chihuahua roaming on N. Pelican St. in Omega Bay.  He had a collar but no tags.  He was very friendly and I called and he came to me.  No one on Pelican owns the dog.  I took him to Sea Paws in BV To check for a chip and no chip.  Please whoever owns the precious animal make sure he can't get out to roam and put a tag with a number to call
